Tin Top is located on the Winchester, VA downtown walking mall at 130 North Loudoun Street.

Neil Stavely is a multi-disciplinary artist living and working in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. He predominately works in mixed media formats with an emphasis on block printing and painting techniques creating carved wood paintings, collage works, and sculpture. Much of his work over the years has been informed by natural beauty and wildlife, as well as historical and current events, the occult and a myriad of other cultural influences. Much of the current work utilizes post consumer packaging as an initial support reflecting the advertising haze which is an ever present backdrop in contemporary America. The mass produced packaging is printed and painted upon, cut apart and put back together again into a unique manifestation of a manic folk pop expressionism with a life of its own.
